Paulina Owczarek and Peter Orins first met in Berlin, where they were hired for the Satoko Fujii Orchestra Berlin, and have been in a musical exchange ever since. This has now resulted in »You Never Know« for the Circum Disc label. On it, the saxophonist and the drummer enter into an energetic dialogue that defies categories like free jazz or real-time music: here, the voices of two very different people blur into something greater.
