In autumn 2020, Joke Lanz and dieb13 met in Vienna to give a concert at GrillX. Three turntables were used, resulting in stunning sounds, great humor, and heads full of ideas. A recording of this concert was later released as A Musical Education by Klanggalerie in 2021.

Joke Lanz combines ritual reductionism with anarchistic playfulness, atmospheric soundscapes with cut-up noise, and physicality coupled with unpredictability, producing massive scratches, walls of sound, grooves, loops, noises, and voice modulations.

Dieter Kovačič, known as dieb13, Takeshi Fumimoto, Echelon, Dieter Bohlen, and deib14, is a turntablist, hacker, filmmaker, autodidact, composer, collageur, and conscientious copyright objector.
